Bunny, Gotham and Bradmore, 26th July 2020

Rab led this 8.5 mile walk from St Mary's Church in Bunny and initially followed the line of Fairham Brook before striking off to Gotham for coffee.  The return took us across Gotham Moor, Ruddington Moor, the edge of Rushcliffe Country Park, Bradmore (ironically not a moor), Bradmore Moor and Bunny Moor.

Scalford, Goadby Marwood, and Chadwell, 22nd July 2020

With a welcome return (albeit for one day only) to the original Summer Programme, Susie led this excellent 5.3 mile walk from Scalford to Goadby Marwood and Chadwell, returing along the Mowbray Way exploring the countryside around Scalford and the low sunlight highlighting the ironstone on all the local buildings.

The start at St Egelwin's Church, Scalford, one of the seven Ironstone Churches of Leicestershire
