Bingham walks and latest from Ramblers, 23rd June 2020

From Wednesday 1 July, small Ramblers group walks can resume in England – subject to following the latest government guidelines.  For the most recent update from Ramblers see here.

In the meantime, can I recommend you explore some of your local paths off the beaten track by looking at the Rights of Way website.  Below, you will find for example all the paths from Bingham - 25 different ones in total and many not done by me before.

For example, there is an interesting walk to Newton and Saxondale Village - here is the RAF Newton control tower on the old airfield.

And here is Tithby Church, approached by walking down Bingham's Linear Walk and by the side of the River Smite.
Unfortunately, the blossom on these cherry trees in Scarrington has now gone.

So if you have found some interesting walks and have some good photos, please let us know and we will keep them for future reference.
